We offer hour-long fitness classes that are led by an instructor. It is a monthly membership that does not require any longterm commitment.

It is roughly one hour long and includes a warm-up, strength session, and conditioning workout. The classes include various training styles, equipment, and goals. All of this is led by an instructor that is guiding you through the training session. The goal is to provide a complete and balanced strength & conditioning program.
Each day, the workout and programming is the same in all classes. However, every day is different from the other.
Monday through Friday we have classes at 5am, 9:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, & 6:30pm.
On Saturday there is class at 8am & 10am.
Sunday there is an 8am mobility class followed by open gym time until 11am.
Yes! Our program scales to all abilities. Every member was once a beginner, but they have progressed with our coaching and supportive culture.
Don't worry! What you do will not impact what another person is doing. We know it is intimidating for some, so we do our best to make you feel welcome & comfortable!
